CommunityLanguage of RosesDid you know that every flower has a symbolic meaning? As St. Valentines Day approaches and romantics the world over start thinking about buying roses for their loved ones we thought it would be a good time to find out what we are really saying by our flower choices. You might be surprised. (Incidentally, in Cuba and Mexico a red rose further signifies ones love for a mother who is alive, and a white rose for a mother who has passed on.) Here’s a short glossary on the language of roses.
