Meet the Captains - Margarito
Ed Kunze
Captain Margarito Romero is probably one of our area's youngest Captains with his own boat, and chartering out on a regular basis. December Fish Report

Fintastic's 2001 Total Tag & Release Billfish Tournament
The final day of Fintastic's Tag and Release Tournament came right down to the wire with a too close to call finish that left anglers impatiently waiting at the dock for the last boat to pull in and the exact time to be noted. Saturday evening's awards banquet was held in the upstairs Crow's Nest of Rick's Bar in Zihuatanejo where they doled out the long awaited judgements with cash for the anglers and lots of tackle and gear prizes for the crews. |

Tournament Wrap Up
Fintastic's 3rd Annual Total Tag & Release Billfish Tournament came back to Zihuatanejo, Nov 15, 16 & 17th and for me it was an event not to be missed. I have gone out on the boats with this tournament all three years. The first annual Fintastic tournament back in 1999 was the first upcoming event, the first ever issue of Another Day in Paradise publicized. |

Last month I wrote about two areas for birding for those "hard-core" birders. This month as I promised, I'll tell you about my "lazy" birding spot.that I really like because I'm very good at being lazy.In early March if the sun comes up a little after 7AM on Puerto Mio, I think birding here at 9AM is OK, that's about when I start... |
